Electrical diagnostics & programming

Today's trucks are rolling networks.

A lot of "mechanical" problems start as a sensor, a wiring fault, or a module that's lost its mind. Guesswork misses that. We don't.

Electrical diagnostics

Does this make sense to you?

It shouldn't have to. Reading it is our job.

Every system on a modern truck runs through wiring like this, and we know our way around it. Electrical gremlins are part of the job here.

What we handle

Traced to the wire
or the module.

Electrical faults

Shorts, dead circuits, data network faults, and the problem that only shows up some of the time. We run dealer-level diagnostic software across the major engine and truck makes and follow the fault to its source.

ECM & module programming

Engine, transmission, ABS and body modules, programmed and set up in-house for many modules across many makes. A new module doesn't mean a second stop.

Systems we diagnose

  • Engine & aftertreatment
  • ABS & air systems
  • Transmission
  • Body & chassis modules
  • Wiring & data networks

How we work

We don't guess.We diagnose.

Throwing parts at a truck until something sticks is expensive, and you're the one paying for it. We test, we confirm, and then we replace. We'd rather spend the time finding the real problem than sell you parts you didn't need.

  • Not this: Guess and swap parts Instead: Test and verify a part is actually bad before it gets replaced
  • Not this: Sell you service you don't need Instead: Only the work your vehicle needs. We'll tell you straight what's urgent and what can wait.
  • Not this: Cheapest part on the internet Instead: Quality parts, OEM or OEM-quality, with a warranty behind them
  • Not this: Surprises on the bill Instead: We call with what we found. No work without your OK.
