Book it your way.
- Request service online through our shop software, or call the shop.
- After you send your service request or talk with a service advisor, fill out our Service Intake Form to tell us about yourself, your vehicle, and what we can help you with.
- Print the form, fill it out, and bring it with you to your appointment.
- Fill it out right here and send it straight to our inbox. You can also print the filled-out form instead of sending it.
Fill in what you can. If you're not sure about something, leave it blank; we won't hold it against you. The more you tell us, the better service we can give you.
Send us the details first
- Your vehicle. VIN, year, make, model, and mileage.
- About you. Your name, how to reach you, and who can approve repairs.
- The problem. What it's doing, and when it happens.
- Lights & codes. Any warning lights or fault codes you've seen.
- History. Recent repairs, maintenance, and any modifications.
- Optional checklist. Go over a quick checklist for the areas giving you trouble, to give us a better idea of your concerns.
- Sign & send.
